When this website is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary data. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested file, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and access status.
Processing is carried out to provide the website and ensure stability and security on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of our website. 3. Contact form via Formspree
When you use our contact form, the information you enter, in particular your name, email address and message, is transmitted to Formspree, Inc. as the service provider for processing your enquiry. Formspree receives the enquiry, forwards it to us by email and may store it in our Formspree account. Further information is available in Formspree's privacy policy.
Processing takes place to handle your enquiry on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where it concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures; otherwise on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Formspree processes data, among other places, in the United States. Where required, the transfer is based on the applicable data protection safeguards.
Data submitted via Formspree is deleted once the enquiry has been conclusively handled and no statutory retention obligations or other legitimate reasons prevent deletion. The retention periods and deletion options in our Formspree account also apply.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide, in particular your email address, the content of your message and, where applicable, your name, to process your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the request concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures; otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is handling business and general enquiries.
Data is deleted once the request has been conclusively handled and no statutory retention obligations or other legitimate reasons prevent deletion.
5. Cookies, analytics and external content
This website does not use analytics, marketing or tracking services. The fonts used on the website are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may receive technical connection data such as your IP address. Further information is available in Google's privacy policy. No videos, maps or social media plugins are loaded. A consent banner is therefore not currently required for the technical scope of this website.
6. Recipients and processors
A hosting provider and Formspree may process data on our behalf or to provide their respective services. Data is shared with other recipients only where necessary to handle a request, where legally required or where you have consented.
